2003 — Week 24

We had a great week in both regards, the weather and the fishing. With the exception of one day, all the lakes were completely calm and like a mirror, plus the sun was shining all day long. On one of our Lakes we had several memorable days of Laketrout fishing, the record catch for one boat was 32 Lakers in just 5 hours! A lot of big fish in the range of 80cm – 95cm were caught, unfortunately no fish in the Trophy Club class (> 100cm). We are sure that this will change soon. Our guests also enjoyed excellent fishing for the large variety of Rainbows, Grayling, Pike and Dolly Varden. Actually the Pike fishing was so good, that our guides had sore hands from releasing the fish!
