2003 — Week 32

Compared to last week, this week’s weather has been fantastic. Sunshine nearly every day, hardly any wind and warm conditions. Dry fly fishing for Grayling was absolutely superb with a lot of big Grayling over 40cm. It was really great to see those huge hatches of big Mayflies on some of our rivers. The Laketrout are still concentrated in some areas and good catches were made. The second run of Sockeye Salmon has just started and our guests were very successful. Indications suggest, that we will get a good autumn run of Sockeye Salmon. The Pike have had a rest this week, not many guests were fishing for them. Let’s hope that the beautiful weather continues…
